Sunshine Method Case Study
Building a tutoring platform from a broken system.
The original workflow relied on a Google Drive database with scattered tutoring materials. New tutors struggled to find what they needed, onboarding was inconsistent, and the system was hard to scale as more tutors joined.
I built a clear tutoring platform that organizes resources by subject and level, introduces guided onboarding, and centralizes day-to-day tools so tutors can move with confidence.
I started by mapping the human friction points before touching implementation. The design decisions prioritized tutor confidence, consistency, and faster handoff. From there, I structured content architecture, clarified navigation, and shipped a practical interface that could evolve without becoming fragile.

This project reinforced why consciousness matters in product work. Good systems are not just technically complete; they help people feel oriented, supported, and capable. The goal was never to make a prettier dashboard. It was to remove confusion so tutors could focus on teaching.
